We are currently looking for 2-3 postdoctoral fellows in the fields of single-cell/spatial omics, organoids, and bioinformatics .
Our research group is primarily focused on developing and applying single-cell and spatial multi-omics technologies to unravel the spatio-temporal regulatory mechanisms underlying cell fate decisions during the development and pathological processes of respiratory organs.
Responsible for conducting research on the mechanisms of lung organ development and the early occurrence of lung cancer. Develop high-resolution, high-throughput spatial multi-omics sequencing technologies, develop spatio-temporal regulatory algorithms for spatial multi-omics based on machine learning, etc., and conduct research on the regulatory mechanisms of cell fate in development and diseases. Undertake project tasks in the directions of lung organ development and cancer occurrence.
